Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 08.01.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 1958/2020. The trial court report reveals that out of six chargesheeted witnesses, one witness has already been examined and for securing evidence of remaining witnesses, bailable warrant of arrest has already been issued through concerned Superintendent of Police.

Considering the quantity of recovery of Ganja and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
