JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the ground of his criminal antecedent as well as it is said that he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Moreover, nothing is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and except the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur
