2. The petitioner has sought for a direction for publication of his result of Teachers Training Examination, held in the year 1991, for the session 1986-88. The said
Patna High Court CWJC No.9674 of 2017 dt.24-01-2018 2/2 examination was conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board.
3. From the pleadings on record, it appears that according to the petitioner's own saying, after 1991, he filed a representation 22 years thereafter, that too, before the Chief Minister of Bihar. He, thereafter, filed an application under the Right to Information Act in 2016.
4. There is apparent inordinate delay in filing the present writ application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Only on the ground of delay and laches, this application deserves to be dismissed and is, accordingly, dismissed.
