JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents are not complying with the order of the State Appellate Authority whereby and whereunder though the matter has been remanded to the District Teachers' Appointment Appellate Authority, Gaya, but the State Appellate Authority by an order dated 11.10.2018 has directed to maintain status quo, nonetheless, the salary is not being paid to the petitioners. Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to approach the State Appellate Authority, Patna for agitating their grievance regarding non-compliance of the order of status quo
