The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and under different sections of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended along with other accused persons but from the possession of petitioner one mobile phone and one old sword were recovered. No fire arm or ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
