Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and in course of investigation, name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused and subsequently, one mobile and one motorcycle (IGHITOR Model) were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid motorcycle belongs to co- villager of the petitioner which is evident from annexure 3 to the petition and moreover, in the present occurrence, Apachi motorcycle had been used in committing the alleged crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
