JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State as also counsel for the Informant. In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 342 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the victim lady was married to the brother of the petitioner and she was ultimately killed. The husband himself has made a confessional statement attributing the allegation against the petitioner and other family members about the manner the victim was subjected to die but, the role has been attributed against the petitioner to have caught the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6301 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the victim is in jail custody. The mother and father of the husband has remained in custody for less than two months and having been granted bail.

In view of the above, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and prays for bail, the court below, without being prejudiced by this order, will pass orders in accordance with law. (Shivaji Pandey, J) rishi/- U T
