Petitioner is under custody since19.02.2015 on account of alleged recovery of loaded pistol along with a cartridge from his house in his absence. From para-3 of the petition, it is apparent that petitioner possesses criminal antecedents. Taking into account the allegation on its face, petitioner, Pashupati Mishra is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Chanpatia PS. (Sirisiya O.P) Case No. 71/2014.
