JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing/ commanding the Respondent no. 4 to demolished the house of the petitioner because the respondent No. 4 is trying to demolish the house of the petitioner, which has been constructed of part of R.S plot No. 207, Khata No. 59, Thana No. 144, Mauza - Mishripur, P.S.

-Sasaram District - Rohtas, measuring of 5 decimals of land on the money of the Respondents construction of the house

Patna High Court CWJC No.8157 of 2017(2) dt.17-04-2023 2/2 under Indira Awash Yojana Scheme and became neither in any Civil Suit nor in any encroachment proceeding initiated against the petitioner, the same has been found Encroachment, the house on public land that the land settled by the respondent No. 4 for construction of house under India awash Yojna Scheme."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
