Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 436, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion due to admitted land dispute. Except suspicion there is no material against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
