Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that while the informant was going to Chapra to meet with his brother on riding on motorcycle bearing registration No. BR04F 3586 and reached near village Bhaismara then six unknown persons assembled there and directed to stop the motorcycle and after stopping of motor cycle on the point of pistol the miscreants robbed the informant and took his motorcycle.

On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2014 and charge sheet in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27467 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 case has been submitted. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. to ascertain his complicity in the case.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner's name has come during the course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Amit Kumar Singh, J.M. Ist Class, Chapra in Garkha P.S. Case No. 230 of 2013. (Sudhir Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
