The name of petitioner was disclosed by co-accused Md. Mazhar and except the aforesaid discloser, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 31.01.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
