JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners, who happen to wife, son-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased, is of killing the deceased. Petitioners are not named in the F.I.R., later on, their names transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sheonandan Manjhi.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that except suspicion and confessional statement of co-accused person, there is absolutely nothing against these petitioners and

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jandaha P.S.
