In this case, the petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016 for offence under Sections 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made against the petitioners of snatching motorcycle and Rs. 3,000/- but, were apprehended at the spot.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17008 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 namely, Pravesh Raut, Jitendra Kumar, Akhilesh Raut and Chalitar Ladwar is rejected.
