This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

A police officer of Dobhi Police Station is the informant. It is alleged in the FIR that the petitioner and others had instigated the villagers to attack a police party and in that course, firing was made.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that with similar allegation one Majoj Kumar has been allowed regular bail by this Court by order dated 10.06.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13153 of 2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4677 of 2020(4) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 On perusal of the materials on record, I find that accusation against the petitioner and that of Manoj Kumar is on similar footing. For the said reason, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Sherghati, Gaya in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019.
