JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 02-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(d) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of outraging the modesty of the informant by the petitioner along with other accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and co-villager have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the Informant also appeared before this Court and submitted that good sense has prevailed between the parties and this fact is also supported by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4941 of 2022(2) dt.02-08-2022 2/2 petitioner's counsel.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 161 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
