The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai Kabiya P.S. Case No. 722 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he is named in the F.I.R., it is alleged that the petitioner was seen fleeing with a bag and no recovery has been made from him. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case on the basis of the previous enmity. He further submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedents and the entire allegations are purely imaginary.

No.3796 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Kabiya P.S. Case No. 722 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
