1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of the appropriate writ/writs, order/orders as direction/directions to the respondent authorities for making the payment of the arrear of the differences of the salary for higher post on which the petitioner have been preformed his duty as per the office order issued by the Cabinet Secretariat Department from the date of the working on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1977 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 higher post to till the date of retirement with statutory interest after absorption/adjustment on the Group-III Post and against the Vacant Post of the Group-III and granting the Pay Scale of the IIIrd grade pay and also for making payment of granting the benefits of the 3rd A.C.P."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Additional Chief Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representations are filed by the petitioners, before the Additional Chief Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
