The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner and others assaulted the informant in a brutal manner causing injuries on different parts of the body even causing fracture in his leg. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner and the informant are agnates. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The other co-accused has been granted bail by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15877 of 2016 (2) dt.16-05-2016 2/2 this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 6926/2016.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 110/2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.
