JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, it was husband of the informant, who lit fire on her body. Moreover, informant appears to have sustained simple injury. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is stated that he and others pressurized the informant's husband to commit the above stated crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur
