Pickup van carrying twelve hundred bottles of countrymade wine was apprehended during course of vehicle checking and both the petitioners were found inside the cabin who failed to produce relevant documents with regard thereto. Furthermore, as per para-3 of the pleading petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and are under custody since 04.03.2015 Accordingly, petitioners Sanjay Pandit, Ghanshyam Kumar Yadav @ Ghottu Yadav each directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18060 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar, II, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhanpura in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No.21 of 2015.
