Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 400, 414, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. No doubt, learned Additional Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that stolen mobile was recovered from the house of the petitioner but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid finding is nothing but only an

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016.
