The present application has been filed for: for issuance of appropriate writ for setting aside the order dated 01-03-2017 passed by Hon'ble member Administrative the Bihar Land Tribunal where by and where under the Ld Tribunal has rejected the B.L.T. Case No. 24/17as not maintainable And/Or also for giving a order / direction to the respondents to delete the R.S.P. No.
Patna High Court CWJC No.8463 of 2017(4) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 1444 under Mauza Kharaka from the notification no. 11/94-95 dated 17.09.14 as the said notification relates with the land ceiling case No. 8/73-74 of one Ram Sakal Singh son of Ramsevak Singh who was not concerned with the land aforesaid but wrongly the respondents have made involve this land in the aforesaid notification.
3. Learned State Counsel submits that a perusal of the petition would show that the petitioner has preferred title suit no. 13 of 2010 which is pending before the learned Sub Judge I, Sitamarhi and as such, a frivolous writ petition has been filed.
4. Though on the said point, the writ petition is/was fit to be dismissed with cost, since no one has appeared, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
