The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 151, 152, 109, 186, 283, 442, 337, 338, 323, 307, 353, 332, 333, 427, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 73751 of 2019, which is evident from Annexure-2, and the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4252 of 2020(2) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Banka in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 832 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
