2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that in view of the statement in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 6 and 7, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

Considering the aforesaid submission and the statement made in different paragraphs of the counter affidavit it appears that the retiral dues of the petitioner including the full and final payment of G.P.F. has already been paid to him. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved for non payment of any of the dues, he may file a detailed representation before the concerned authority.

4. The concerned authority may dispose of the representation and will verify from the record as to whether the claim of the petitioner still persists. In case, certain dues are still remain to be paid, the same must be paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
