The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in, brief, is that the informant was going to Mokama from Warsaliganj by pick up van loaded with husk. Two persons were sitting in one Boleror.Three miscreants came out from hotel and surrounded the vehicle of the informant and caught the collar and forcibly snatched Rs. 2000/- from the pocket of the informant. On alarm a police jeep reached there and on seeing the police all the five persons started fleeing away. The police apprehended three persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25999 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 that the petitioner is in custody since 24.3.2015. It is further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is also submitted that other co- accused has been granted bail by a bench of this Court, vide Cr. Misc. No. 19688 of 2015. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheikjpura in Barbigha P.S.Case No. 103 of 2015.
