The petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. There is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of other co-accused persons. He further submits that other co-accused persons have already been granted bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court by Annexure-6 series.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.1.2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S.
