Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Victim stated in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C that it was co- accused Bharat Chaudhary who took her and established physical relation with her and so far as the petitioner is concerned, victim only stated that the petitioner helped co- accused by providing his motorcycle.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
