JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2020 The present petition has been filed for providing security to the petitioner and his family members on account of the threats issued to the petitioner and his family members by the private respondents No. 7 and 8.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the father of the petitioner was killed by the respondents no. 7 and 8, whereafter it has become difficult for the petitioner and

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3 by filing appropriate representation, which shall be dealt with appropriately and disposed of within a period of eight weeks of the filing of the same.
The present petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
