The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Munger Muffassil P. S. Case No. 101 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-AA), 26(1)(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10091 of 2015. While hearing the present application on 06.04.2016, a report was called for from the trial court regarding the stage of trial. In compliance with the aforesaid order dated 06.04.2016, the trial court has submitted its report,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15260 of 2016 (3) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 wherein it has been stated that the prosecution has completed its argument and the case is fixed for defence argument. In view of the serious nature of the offence and the stage of trial as mentioned above, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
