Learned counsel Sri Anish Chandra appearing for informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor Sri Sadanand Paswan are present. However, learned counsel appearing for informant submits that his name is not appearing in daily cause list, though this Court vide order dated 03.07.2020 directed the office to take step in this regard. The office vide his report dated 13.07.2019 has reported that no power (vakalatnama) has been filed on behalf of the informant. However, learned counsel of the informant informs that he has filed power on behalf of the informant via email on 02.07.2020. The office should verify the aforesaid fact and take necessary steps so that the name of learned counsel of the informant could in daily cause list.
