Patna High Court MJC No.1642 of 2017(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 authority under the Panchayat Raj Act, 2006(hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') for rectification of the voter list as per the liberty already granted by the division bench.
Since the liberty is already present and the forum is available under 'the Act', we find no reasons to give any further directions thereon for it is open for the petitioner to take recourse thereto.
The modification application is accordingly disposed of.
