The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No.128 of 2021 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who is a lady. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner stating that the petitioner is the owner of the seized motorcycle from which the illicit liquor has

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, her prayer for bail is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U R
