The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Sections 25 (1-b) Al and 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner, as alleged, was fleeing away with the motor cycle of the informant but on chase, the petitioner fell down from the motorcycle and fired on the informant which hit on his leg.
It is submitted that there is no report in the entire case diary. The case is found to be untrue. Only two cartridges were found at the place of occurrence.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S.Case No.32 of (G.R.No.559 of 2014).
