The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017 for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.05.2018. He further submits that in the instant case the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of Ashok Yadav, the said Ashok Yadav has been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 49093 of 2018 vide order dated 25.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2435 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017 with condition that one of the bailor should be Mukhiya or Sarpanch of the Village of the petitioner.
