No doubt, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but in the present case he is not named in the FIR and it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in course of investigation co-accused Basir Nut confessed his guilt disclosing that petitioner and one co-accused Chandan Shukla were also in conspiracy to commit the murder of deceased and except the aforesaid material there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. It is pointed out that co-accused Chandan Shukla, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16127 of 2016 (2) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. case No.119 of 2015.
