The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 406, 466, 467, 471, 473, 474, 477A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he procured F.S.L. report with regard to examination of some Narcotic Drugs. It is submitted that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 09.10.2013 passed in Cr. Misc.No.36856 of 2013. Thereafter, the petitioner again moved this Court in Cr.Misc.No.16716 of 2014 and his prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 26.6.2014 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt of that order. By that time, three witnesses out of 11 were examined. Even after almost one year, no other prosecution witness has been examined. Learned Additional Sessions Judge has reported that only three witnesses were examined. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

No.7125 of 2015 (5) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 petitioner is in jail since 27.1.2013, i.e. he has already remained in jail for about two years, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Dihari (T) P.S.Case No.416 of 2010.
