In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Banke Bazar P.S. Case No. 165 of 2015 for offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has killed the victim by burning. During investigation, it was found that there was smell of kerosene oil in the body of the victim. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Surjan Kumar Das @ Suranjan Kumar Das is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
