The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Section 392 IPC.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant alleged that his motor-cycle bearing Registration No.BR-24M 1142 and cash of Rs.35,000/- were looted. The name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement. The petitioner was apprehended and a motor-cycle bearing Registration No.BR01BE 8894 was recovered from Sant Singh Chouhan Bhawan Lodge.

It is submitted that the looted motor cycle was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The money, so recovered, was also not looted money. The petitioner was not put on TIP. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S.Case No.205 of 2014.
