Petitioner was caught in the house of the informant when he along with his associates had entered to commit theft. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases and therefore, considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Jogbani P.S.
