JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, and 26 of Arms Act.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that country made pistol with live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Apart from that he is accused in five other cases, all of them are under Sections 392 and 394 I.P.C. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 21.11.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, at this stage I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, petitioner would be at liberty to renew his
