Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown person committed murder of the father-in-law of the informant by chopping his head off. Name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation of the case. Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2018. He has got no criminal antecedent. Only material against the petitioner is suspicion and investigation of the case is complete. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4338 of 2019(3) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 connection with G.R.P. Jhajha Police Station Case No. 15 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
