In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016 for offence under Sections 47(A) of the Excise Act.

The petitioner was found in possession of 200 bottles of country made liquor and, on demand, he did not produce any paper/license in support of the same. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 28.2.2016.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Pankaj Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
