2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of establishing physical relationship with the victim on the pretext of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and is in custody since 17.10.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. From the FIR it appears to be a case of relationship in between two consenting adults.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj/concerned Court below in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024.
