Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioner was identified in the Test Identification Parade in a case of bank dacoity, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 124 of 2014 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul stands rejected.
