JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and the present case was lodged by father of the deceased. The informant claimed that his younger daughter was residing with the deceased and she disclosed that the FIR named accused committed murder of the deceased. The petitioner is not named in the first information report and in course of investigation; his name was added in this case on the ground that he, also participated in cremation of dead body of the deceased.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15442 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Sandeep Patel, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Jehanabad.
