JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 02-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 385, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5863 of 2022(2) dt.02-08-2022 2/3 tioners came and demanded rupees three lakh as extortion and when the informant shown his inability then in the night all the accused persons shot fire indiscriminately and damaged the house of the informant and his brother.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioners and the informant are agnates and they have falsely been implicated in this case in the background of some land dispute. No one received any injury. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Gaya in connection with Tankuppa P.S.
