2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 568 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. From the FIR, it appears that Ajit Kumar was in the business of cheating people and the petitioners along with Ajit Kumar were caught with Mithlesh and the informant of this case also appears to be man of bad antecedent.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 8.10.2024.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 568 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners after being released on bail are directed to mark their attendance at Saharsa Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
