Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to pay salary in compliance of the order passed by the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Kaimur at Bhabhua in Appeal No. 40 of 2015 dated 16.05.2015.

In view of the order of the Appellate Authority, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8143 of 2017(3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 petitioner shall be paid salary within a period of one month, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent District Programmme officer (Establishment), Kaimur at Bhabhua to see that payment is made to the petitioner as per order of Appellate Authority passed in Appeal No. 40 of 2015 dated 16.05.2015 unless the said order is interfered by the State Appellate Authority.
