The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confession Sunil Sahni. The petitioner was arrested and police also recorded his confession. Except the confession, there is no material to show the involvement of the petitioner in dacoity. The petitioner is not put on test identification parade and he is in jail since 17.03.2015. Coaccused Umesh Sahani has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23514 of 2015.
